一、產品來源聲明 | Product Source Declaration
本店提供兩類產品供客戶選擇：香港本地行貨及平行進口產品。香港本地行貨產品將於產品頁面之選項中明確標示；除另有列明外，產品預設為平行進口產品。
This Store offers two categories of products: Hong Kong authorised stock and parallel import products. Hong Kong authorised stock will be expressly indicated in the product options on the respective product page. Unless otherwise stated, products are parallel import goods by default.
二、保養服務 | Warranty Services
香港本地行貨 | Hong Kong Authorised Stock
香港本地行貨產品享有原廠或香港官方代理商提供之一年原廠保養服務，為客戶提供最完善的售後保障。有關服務受原廠或代理商之條款約束。本店對原廠或代理商之保養安排不承擔額外責任，亦無權介入客戶與原廠或代理商之間的任何爭議。
Hong Kong authorised stock products are covered by a one (1) year manufacturer or authorised distributor warranty, providing customers with comprehensive after-sales protection. Such warranty is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer or authorised distributor. This Store assumes no additional liability for warranty arrangements provided by the manufacturer or distributor, and shall not be obliged to intervene in any dispute between the customer and such parties.
平行進口產品 | Parallel Import Products
平行進口產品享有本店提供之七（7）日換機服務，讓客戶購物更有信心。適用條款詳見第三條。
Parallel import products are covered by a seven (7) day exchange service provided by this Store, giving customers added confidence in their purchase. Terms and conditions are set out in Section 3 below.
三、換機服務條款 | Exchange Service Terms & Conditions
本店之換機服務不構成無條件退貨或退款承諾。換機申請須符合以下全部條件，本店保留最終審核及決定權：
The Exchange Service provided by this Store does not constitute an unconditional right to return or refund. All exchange requests must satisfy the following conditions in full. This Store reserves the absolute and final right of determination:
申請須於收貨起計七（7）日曆日內提出。
Request must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
產品須連同原裝包裝、全部配件及說明書一併退回，包裝須保持完好、未被使用、未被污損，產品標籤不得被篡改或移除。
The product must be returned with its original packaging, all accessories and documentation intact, unused, unsoiled, and with all product labels untampered and unremoved.
產品機身及配件不得有任何損壞、刮花或人為使用痕跡。
The product and all accessories must be free from damage, scratches or signs of human interference.
申請原因僅限於經本店確認屬產品本身之製造缺陷或功能性故障。
The reason for the exchange request is limited to manufacturing defects or functional faults confirmed by this Store.
以下情況概不適用換機服務：
The Exchange Service does not apply in the following circumstances:
正常損耗 | Normal wear and tear
人為損壞或使用不當 | Damage caused by misuse, negligence or improper operation
液體損壞、濕水或受潮 | Liquid damage, water ingress or moisture exposure
顯示屏損壞（包括但不限於斷字、光點、死點、觸控問題等）| Screen damage (including but not limited to display lines, bright/dead pixels, touch function issues, etc.)
天災或不可抗力事件 | Acts of God or force majeure events
因安裝非原廠軟件、韌體修改、越獄或不當操作所導致之故障 | Malfunction caused by installation of non-manufacturer software, firmware modification, jailbreaking or improper operation
產品曾被送往第三方維修中心處理 | Product previously submitted to any third-party repair centre
四、退款政策 | Refund Policy
本店致力為客戶提供優質購物體驗。本店不接受非瑕疵產品之退款或退貨要求。退款僅於以下情況下考慮：
This Store is committed to providing a quality shopping experience. This Store does not accept returns or refunds for non-defective products. Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:
（一）換機服務申請經本店確認成立，而同款替換產品無法提供；或
(i) An Exchange Service request has been confirmed by this Store and no equivalent replacement product is available; or
（二）適用香港法律強制要求之情況。
(ii) As required by applicable Hong Kong law.
退款將於本店收到並完成檢查全部退回貨品後方可處理。本店保留就退款金額及處理時間之最終決定權。
Refunds will only be processed after this Store has received and completed inspection of all returned items. This Store reserves the absolute and final right of determination in respect of the refund amount and processing timeline.
五、送貨政策 | Delivery Policy
本店提供香港本地送貨及台灣送貨服務。本店將按訂單所指定之收貨地址安排送貨。
This Store provides local Hong Kong delivery and Taiwan delivery services. Delivery will be arranged to the address specified in the order.

台灣 Taiwan: 7 - 24 個工作天 / business days（不包括星期六、日及公眾假期 / excluding Sat, Sun & public holidays）
如預計無法於上述時間內完成送貨，本店將盡力通知客戶，惟此通知義務不構成任何法律責任。在法律允許的最大範圍內，本店對因運送延誤、運送途中遺失或任何第三方物流服務商之行為或疏忽所造成之任何損失、責任、費用或損害概不負責。
If delivery is anticipated to be delayed beyond the above timeframe, this Store will endeavour to notify the customer; however, this notification obligation does not constitute any legal liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this Store shall not be liable for any loss, liability, cost, damage or expense arising from delivery delays, loss in transit, or any act or omission of any third-party logistics provider.
六、個人資料收集聲明 | Personal Data Collection Statement
本店根據香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第486章）收集、使用及儲存客戶個人資料，僅用於處理訂單、安排送貨及客戶服務用途。本店不會在未經客戶同意下將個人資料披露予無關第三方。客戶有權要求查閱及更正其個人資料，如有查詢請聯絡本店。
This Store collects, uses and stores customer personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong, solely for the purposes of order processing, delivery arrangement and customer service. This Store will not disclose personal data to unrelated third parties without the customer's consent. Customers have the right to request access to and correction of their personal data. Please contact this Store for any enquiries.
七、免責聲明及釋義權 | Disclaimer & Right of Interpretation
本條款及政策受香港特別行政區法律管轄及詮釋。
These Terms & Policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
本條款及政策如有任何爭議、疑問或歧義，本店保留最終釋義權，本店之解釋具有最終約束力。
In the event of any dispute, ambiguity or question arising from these Terms & Policies, this Store reserves the absolute right of final interpretation, and this Store's interpretation shall be final and binding.
本店保留隨時修訂本條款及政策之權利，修訂版本於發佈後即時生效，恕不另行通知。客戶繼續使用本店服務即視為接受經修訂之條款。
This Store reserves the right to amend these Terms & Policies at any time. Amendments shall take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice. Customers' continued use of this Store's services shall be deemed acceptance of the amended terms.
本條款及政策中文版本與英文版本如有歧義，以中文版本為準。
In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms & Policies, the Chinese version shall prevail.
本條款及政策不影響客戶根據《香港消費者保障條例》、《商品說明條例》、《個人資料（私隱）條例》或其他適用香港法律所享有之法定權利。
These Terms & Policies do not affect any statutory rights that customers may have under the Consumer Goods Safety Ordinance, the Trade Descriptions Ordinance, the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, or other applicable Hong Kong legislation.
